SmartServe AI is billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. All major credit cards are accepted.
A one-time setup and configuration fee of $400 is charged when you activate your account. This covers AI training, call flow setup, testing, and launch support. Setup fees are non-refundable once the service is configured and launched.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription and any applicable fees.
New customers receive a 7-day free trial to test SmartServe AI before committing. Here's how it works:
No Long-Term Contracts
SmartServe AI operates month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel anytime.
No Cancellation Fees
